Q: When are you open?

A: Egan Gardens is reopening for the 2009 season on Friday, February 27. Our hours from March through July are Monday-Saturday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. In August we shorten our hours to Monday-Saturday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We're just north of Salem, and Keizer, Oregon, not far from I-5 (Exit No. 263). Our address is 9805 River Road NE, Salem. For complete directions to the nursery, including a map, please see our Map & Directions page.

Q: How can I contact you?

A: We'd love to hear from you, and certainly let us know if you have any questions or need more information about us or our plants. Feel free to ask us questions or make comments, especially after hours and during the winter months. We do answer the phone during our business hours at (503) 393-2131.

Q: What kind of plants do you have?

A: We specialize in flowering plants. We grow a wide selection of plants for hanging baskets and patio pots, lots of perennials, and annual bedding plants. We also carry a smallish, but select group of flowering shrubs and trees, and a nice selection of dwarf evergreens We have herbs throughout the season and vegetable starts in April and May.

Q: Do you have houseplants?

A: Yes, we carry a nice selection of indoor plants in a range of sizes, along with plants that can spend summers out on the patio and winters indoors.

Q: Do you have any classes or other events?

A: Yes! Throughout the year Egan Gardens holds a number of special classes. Typically we'll post upcoming events on our Home Page and Calendar page, so those are good places to start.

Q: What kind of credit cards do you take?

A: We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for all purchases. We also accept debit cards, personal checks and that green stuff called money.
